ARRIVAL AT KILIMANJARO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT AND TRANSFER TO ARUSHA CITY

Upon arrival at the airport (Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport), you will be met by your personal driver guide or representative. They will drive you to your accommodation in Arusha for relaxation, dinner and an overnight stay waiting for your adventures to start on the following day. If you may have a chance, we are ready to take you for the Arusha city tour to explore this beautiful city.

DAY-2

ARUSHA TO MARANGU GATE – TREK TO MANDARA HUT

Program of the Day Early in the morning, after breakfast you will take a drive from Arusha town to Kilimanjaro National Park. Marangu gate lies at the edge of Marangu village with very attractive small coffee and banana plantations. After completing the entrance formalities, you will climb up through an attractive and unspoiled forest to reach the clearing containing Mandara Hut.

DAY-3

MANDARA HUT TO HOROMBO HUT

Program of the Day Climb steadily through the moorland zone, characterized by giant heather and occasional stands of groundsel, before reaching Horombo Hut. The hut is situated close to the glaciated dome of Kibo, providing a true sense of being above the clouds, and offering spectacular sunrises and sunsets.

DAY-4

HOROMBO HUT TO KIBO HUT

Program of the Day Climb gradually towards the lunar desert of the Saddle between Mawenzi and Kibo. The terrain changes to scree and there is a palpable sense of high-altitude wilderness. Arrive at Kibo Hut by midday, with the afternoon free to rest and prepare for the summit ascent.

DAY-5

KIBO HUT TO SUMMIT – DESCENT TO HOROMBO HUT

Program of the Day Summit Day Around 1 a.m., begin your final ascent by torchlight, aiming to reach Gillman's Point for sunrise. Those feeling strong may continue to Uhuru Peak (5,895 m), the highest point in Africa. After summit celebrations, descend swiftly to Kibo Hut for rest, then continue down to Horombo Hut.

HOROMBO HUT TO MARANGU GATE – RETURN TO ARUSHA

Program of the Day Descent and Return Descend from Horombo Hut through moorland and lush forest back to Marangu Gate. Upon arrival, you will be transferred to Arusha to celebrate your successful climb.

DAY-7

ARUSHA TO SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK

You will be picked up from your hotel by your professional tour guide/driver and depart for Serengeti National Park. Upon arrival, embark on a full-day game drive with picnic lunch boxes. Witness the Great Migration and abundant predators across the plains.

DAY-8

SERENGETI NATIONAL PARK TO NGORONGORO CONSERVATION AREA

Start your day with a morning game drive in Serengeti before departing for Ngorongoro Crater Rim. Enjoy dinner and overnight stay with breathtaking views, preparing for the crater descent the next morning.

ACCOMMODATION: NGORONGORO SERENA SAFARI LODGE

DAY-9

NGORONGORO CRATER – RETURN TO ARUSHA / AIRPORT

Program of the Day After breakfast, descend into Ngorongoro Crater for game drives. Spot the Big Five and diverse birdlife in this UNESCO World Heritage Site. Afterward, transfer back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro International Airport for departure.
